Perfect for a couple getaway
The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the main train station and some nice restaurants nearby. Staff was really friendly and went above and beyond for us, especially when we needed help with our travel plans, they even printed tickets for us.
It was a bit pricey but considering the service, I think it was still reasonable.

Chur, the staff were choice, super helpful when I needed to get to my flight on time. The room was comfy, but it could've been cleaned a bit better. Sweet as stay though!

Family with children, great location
The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, always willing to help with a smile, made me feel valued. Room was comfy and quiet,, great for resting after a long day of sightseeing.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for the quality, I found it acceptable.

The room was pretty good! We enjoyed our stay in the Standard Double Room, but wow, those carpets felt old—definitely missed having slippers. Plus, the bed was comfy which we appreciated after long days out. The view from the sixth floor was nice, and the shower worked well. Just a heads up, the hallway lighting was a bit dim and could be improved. it was a solid experience for us!

The location was great, just a short walk from the main train station. I found the room comfortable, with good bedding for a restful sleep. The breakfast surprised me with a selection of pastries, cheeses, and hot scrambled eggs. I enjoyed the fresh basket of croissants. Even though the machine coffee wasn't the best, it did the job. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I appreciate a simple stay after traveling from Oxford with my family.

Comfortable Stay with a Great Location
Enjoyed our stay for two nights. The bed offered exceptional comfort, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. A standout was the breakfast—fresh croissants and a variety of cheeses made mornings delightful. A tip, for a quieter experience, request a room away from the street.

cozy, cozy, cozy
I stayed in a Standard Double Room, and it was so peaceful—I didn't hear any neighbors at all. The breakfast was a delightful surprise. for just €11, I indulged in a delicious spread that had something for everyone! Plus, the location made it super easy to access the Gare de Lyon, which was perfect for my travel plans.

I had a really nice time here, especially when the staff printed our tickets and even brought me an umbrella when it started pouring. The hotel also offers a cozy lounge for relaxing and a small gym if you want to unwind. The only hiccup was the hallways being a bit darker than I liked, but it didn’t ruin the stay at all! 🌧️

The decor felt dated, with a room that seemed like it had been hastily divided from a larger space, creating a somewhat cramped atmosphere. I encountered issues with the corridor lighting and the proximity to the street could be noisy at times, not to mention that the lift only went up to the sixth floor, forcing a steep climb to the top. the breakfast selection was limited and overpriced for what was offered. Paid quite a lot for a stay that didn’t meet typical three-star expectations. The air conditioning was broken in my room, which made for an uncomfortable first night despite an oil heater being provided—a mixed blessing at best.
